So I have to admit, it has always been our dream to own a hotel on the beach in a tropical country. We both, my wife and I come from hardworking middle-families on the East Coast of the United States. We have been living for about fifty years working in same nine to five, and we are ready to get out.
We visited Mexico for the first time in the late nineties, when ironically, American Airlines, a very inexpensive flight there for a span of about two weeks. We jumped on theOpportunity both for a short vacation from work and flew out to Mexico, just on a whim. After seeing the people, culture and natural beauty of the country, or the fascination quickly become an obsession.
We have continued to Mexico, because it usually sits for about a small town named Tulum near Cancun glorified. We tend to Tulum for a number of reasons, above all, because the white sandy beaches are among the best in Mexico and are very rarely provensomeone on it. The small, luxury hotels, the Tulum coast line is the perfect fit for us.
So it was only recently, with one of our visits to Mexico, we noticed a sign at one of the places to read in English, sell the hotel to Tulum. You see this sign may be the best thing we had ever happened. From that moment on, my wife and I became more precisely by the idea, hoteliers, "selling the hotel to Tulum" Hoteliers intoxicated.
We asked forHotel for Sale Tulum signs and spoke with a nice man from the United States, listened to him as we have our history. "So we went to the beach," we said, "and the sign 'Hotel for Sale Tulum" just shot us out. "
Anti-accretive to sell the hotel to Tulum was far out of our price range in only five million U.S. dollars. But that is not looking to stop, as we have seen far and wide, while many long walks on the beach selling Tulum, for a new hotel at Tulum charactersour own.
And then, unfortunately, only last May, we found it.
My wife and I decided to quit our jobs and have saved a decent amount of money to sell one of our many material things that we loved: our cars, our little boat, our second home. We sold them all in the name of the character: Hotel For Sale Tulum.
We have moved to Tulum for good, just five months prior to our new life as Tulum hoteliers start. The feeling is relief and excitement, we wake up every day and see theWaves in the vicinity of the hotel before. We take absolute comfort in the performance of new visitors every day and relaxing with them by the hotel pool.
Tulum is not for everyone, but for us it was a blessing. Hotel for Sale Tulum characters certainly changed our lives: as we would probably still within, without meaning to grind.
