Nantucket Beaches Iceland

Undoubtedly Nantucket Iceland has some of the most beautiful and unspoilt beaches in the world.

The North Shore beaches of Nantucket Iceland have normally capable of gentle surf for children. The exception is Brant Point, which has a strong current. Many of these beaches can be reached from the city. All have a beautiful view of Nantucket Sound or the harbor. Beaches that are on the North Shore:

• Brant Point: No lifeguards here. There are strongPower on the beach. It is an easy walk or bike from the city. The beach drops suddenly under water. There are changing rooms, playground, volleyball nets, restrooms, showers, public telephones, restaurant and take-out food service.Concession stands and restrooms are wheelchair accessible. There is a beach promenade to the beach. Other activities include tennis, windsurfing, sailing and kayak rental. Offering swimming lessons for children ages 6 and through the Park & Recreation Commission. There are also shuttle service from town to Jetties Beach seasonally adjusted.

• Francis Street: This is a small beach at the end of Francis Street, and only five minutes walk from Main Street. The harbor watersCalm for swimming. There are no lifeguards. It's a Jungle Jim, kayak rental, and bathrooms. No parking at this beach.

• Dionis: This beach is protected by dunes, calm waters for swimming and is safe for children.
